Sullivan & Associates, Inc. strives to provide clinically sound, individualized treatment for the people we support within a humanistic framework. To that end, emphasis is placed on the development of sound treatment programs developed through the use of functional analysis and assessment of the whole person. Functional analysis is a tool that helps to discover the motivational underpinnings of behavior which then allows the clinician to create treatment procedures to increase positive replacement behaviors and decrease negative behaviors. Each treatment program is therefore individually and uniquely suited to the person and their particular set of gifts and challenges.
The Clinical Team at Sullivan & Associates, Inc. is comprised of experienced professionals who are dedicated to providing high quality support, training for staff and treatment for the people we support.
