Sullivan & Associates, Inc supports people with disabilities in community settings. We accept people for who they are and never give up on their potential. We believe in positive, unconditional regard and provide an environment where acceptance is the only option.


Sullivan & Associates, Inc provides Residential and Day programs as well as Planned Respite, Emergency Respite, Outreach Services and Deaf Services. These support services are available in Springfield, Pittsfield and Worcester, MA.

Every program is individualized. No two programs are the same as each is tailor-made for the persons needing the support.

Programs operated by the agency provide services to people for whom traditional supports have proven unsuccessful.

Our funding sources include The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services (DDS), Department of Mental Health (DMH), Department for Children and Families (DCF), Massachusetts Commission for the Blind (MCB), Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission (MRC), the Department of Education story.
